Product Returns:

- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Please initiate returns within 30 days from the delivery date.

- To begin a return, please email me at courtney@intrinsicbodywellness.com. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- I will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary details.
- Refunds for Returns:
- Once I receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return criteria, I will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the receipt and inspection of the returned items.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

- Due to the nature of digital products and services, including the GI-MAP™ test, refunds are generally not provided once the product or service has been delivered or accessed.
